How to make sure that potential customers remember your company!
A few months ago I have started my own company. It is not a big firm. I would say it is rather small. We operate only in the local district and we provide one of these services which are very needed and everyone uses from time to time. There is only 1 problem with that industry – the competition is very hard. Moreover, all competitors provide exactly same services for the same price. In that branch, there is no space for new services and its modifications.There is also no possibility to leave a price as it is already on the brink of profitability. Consequently, as you can see there was not many possibilities. Even if our service was great and an employee was really proffesional and supportive, there was a high chance that the customer won’t remember our name in a few weekd, when need to use this service again. Previously we even arranged a small research which confirmed it! However, that is not so easy as it may seem to be. Most of the companies possess quite easy names. The main issue is that easy doesn’t automatically mean easy to remember. Therefore, we have made a decision to choose just 1 word. That word is directly connected with our industry and services. As a matter of fact, it is actually the first word that appears in your mind when you think about this type of services.
Second, we decided to create banners. But it was not just creating banners. Plenty of companies have banners but this doesn’t naturally mean that clients remember them and are able to recognize them. As I said, our aim was that our clients completely remember us. In consequence, we didn’t try to assume how to create a successful banner.
